Shipping

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre. For in-stock items, your parcel typically arrives within 1–3 business days; the estimated delivery time is shown when placing your order.

Domestic delivery is handled by our courier partners, with home delivery or pickup point/parcel locker options: GLS, MPL, DPD, Foxpost, Packeta, Sameday, FámaFutár, ExpressOne.

The shipping fee is displayed at checkout when selecting your shipping method, and is added to the order total there.

Damaged parcel

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If it is damaged, have the courier record a damage report and notify us at info@byb.hu — we will replace it promptly.

Returns — 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer (a natural person acting outside the scope of their trade, profession or business), under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.) you may withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product.

How it works

  1. Notify us of your withdrawal at info@byb.hu — a clear statement including your order number is sufficient.
  2. Return the product within 14 days to: Compumate Kft. (BYB), Mihály Dénes utca 1, 2151 Fót, Hungary.
  3. We refund the purchase price — including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option — within 14 days at the latest, using your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until the product has been returned or proof of return is provided.

Important notes

  • The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer; we cannot accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
  • Please do not send parcels to our Budapest registered office — we cannot receive them there.
  • You may try the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature and functioning; we may deduct any diminished value resulting from use beyond this from the refund.

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers and does not apply to business (B2B) purchases. Our reseller partners can find the return terms on the reseller page.
