How to become a partner
Apply
Fill in the form with your company details.
Review
We review within a few business days; if needed we request a business document.
Activation
Once approved you get a partner account with your assigned pricing.
Order
Logged in you see your partner prices, net, on invoice.
Requirements
- Valid Hungarian tax number and an operating business
- A business document (on request)
- Purchased products are intended for resale
- Fair, sustainable resale pricing — persistent below-cost dumping that damages the market may lead to review or termination of the partnership
- Applications are individually reviewed and approved by BYB
Shipping, returns and warranty for partners
Reseller orders are fulfilled under business terms, with delivery options suited to box and pallet quantities alike.
Shipping
For smaller orders you can choose between GLS and Foxpost; the fee is shown at checkout. In-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
For palletised or bulk orders we arrange custom shipping (DHL). Above HUF 50,000 net, delivery is free in Budapest and its surroundings.
Returns
Returns are accepted by individual arrangement.
Factory-defective (DOA) items are handled as a full RMA: after confirmation we either credit the value or replace the product. Report incorrect or damaged deliveries within 3 business days with your order number and a photo — we resolve them with priority.
Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty shown on each product page. The invoice or order number is sufficient for a claim.
