Payment terms agreed with you
We agree payment terms as part of your reseller relationship. Terms of 7, 15, 30 or 60 days are available subject to individual approval.
Free delivery for Premium Partners
In Budapest and the surrounding area, with no minimum order value. Frequency is agreed with you, including daily delivery where needed.

Enter quantities directly in your price list. Download the filtered list as Excel or CSV, or save it as PDF through the print dialog.
Order with your AI assistant
Once connected, ChatGPT or Claude can search at your reseller prices, check stock and prepare an order. It can submit the order with your approval.
Backlog
Track outstanding items and expected arrival dates in Backlog. Your Monday summary highlights the weekly changes.
Quote request
Request a quote from your cart. View the approved prices and validity date in your account, then place an order from the quote.
Returns
Start a warranty claim from your account. We arrange collection for approved returns and resolve the claim under the applicable warranty terms.

- Free in Budapest and the surrounding area for orders above HUF 50,000 excluding VAT. No minimum for Premium Partners, with delivery as often as daily on request.

- Request a quote from your cart. Each quote states its prices and validity date.
- Warranty and returns
- Start a claim from your account. Accepted claims are resolved by replacement, or by credit if no replacement is available, and we arrange collection.
- Larger quantities
- Request a quote for larger quantities or full cartons.
Fair, sustainable reseller pricing: selling below cost in a way that damages the market (dumping) can lead to a review, or even the end, of partner status. BYB reviews and approves each application individually.

Frequently asked questions
How do you deliver?
Parcels are sent by GLS or Foxpost, with the charge shown when you order. Pallet deliveries are quoted separately. Delivery in Budapest and the surrounding area is free above HUF 50,000 excluding VAT. Premium Partners have no minimum and can request delivery as often as daily.
What happens if a product is faulty?
Report the fault and serial number in your account. Accepted warranty claims are resolved by replacement or credit if a replacement is unavailable, and we arrange collection. Report incorrect or transit-damaged items within three working days of receipt, with the order number and a photo.
What payment terms are available?
Payment in advance or individually approved credit terms of 7, 15, 30 or up to 60 days. Payment terms are agreed separately and do not follow automatically from your pricing level. Orders can be placed in HUF or EUR. Credit terms come with a reseller agreement.
How do you connect my webshop or business system?
We agree which system you use, which data you need and whether you want automated ordering. We set up the agreed connection at no charge. Required access and any external services are identified in advance.
Which documents do I need?
We check your company details after you apply and ask by email if we need any document. Your account is opened after the check. Credit terms come with a reseller agreement.
