How to become a partner

Application

Fill in the form with your company details.

Review

We review it within a few working days and, if needed, ask for a document proving the business.

Activation

After approval you get a partner account with the pricing assigned to you.

Shopping

Once signed in you see your partner prices, net, payable on invoice.

Requirements

A valid Hungarian tax number and an operating business
A document proving the business (on request)
The products bought are for resale
Fair, sustainable reseller pricing: selling below cost in a way that damages the market (dumping) can lead to a review, or even the end, of partner status
BYB reviews and approves each application individually

Delivery, returns and warranty for partners

We serve reseller orders on business terms, with a delivery solution that fits box and pallet quantities.

Delivery

For smaller orders you can choose between GLS and Foxpost; the charge appears at checkout. Products in stock are usually dispatched in 1-3 working days.

For pallet and larger orders we arrange delivery individually (DHL). Above HUF 50,000 net, delivery in and around Budapest is free.

Returns

We accept returns by individual agreement.

A dead-on-arrival product is a full RMA with us: after agreeing, we credit its price or replace the product. Report a wrong or damaged delivery within 3 working days of receipt, with the order number and photos, and we settle it as a priority.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer warranty shown on the product page. The invoice or the order number is enough to claim it.

We do not repair a faulty product, we replace it; if that product is out of stock, we credit its value. Report it to: info@byb.hu (order number + description of the fault).
