Pay in the shop
Once the cart is ready you get a link. Open it, review it, pick the delivery method and pay as usual: by card, bank transfer or cash on delivery.
The AI assistant does not pay for you
In a public purchase, the AI assistant searches, compares and puts the cart together. You place the order and pay for it yourself, in your own browser.
- It does not payYou open the cart link, and you pay at the checkout.
- Company prices and orders only with a keyReseller prices need a company ordering key. Without one, the AI assistant sees retail prices and cannot place orders on your company’s behalf.
- It does not touch your ordersIt can only look up a status with the order number and the matching e-mail address together.

Company ordering with an AI assistant
You can use ChatGPT or Claude to find products, check your company prices and prepare the order.
Address from your account
Copy the ordering address from your account. You will find it on the Price list and feed tab. The address contains your ordering key. Give it only to the AI assistant your company uses.

Test first, then order
Ask for a test order first. If the prices and items are right, place the order.

With the ordering address, the AI assistant sees your company’s prices in search results and product data too, with stock split into our own warehouse and supplier stock. You do not get a cart link in this mode: the AI assistant places the order on your company’s behalf.
