Description
The Akyga® AK-CA-47 is an expander designed for installation in the back of ATX computer cases, featuring two USB 3.0 ports, created specifically for users with motherboards equipped with an USB 3.0 connector. The kit allows you to bring out the ports for easier and more convenient connection of devices.
To expand the functionality of the card with two additional USB 3.0 ports, you should check whether the motherboard is compatible with the 20-pin connector and only then place the panel in a free bay in the computer case.
USB 3.0 ports are useful for fast file transfer and powering devices, as well as connecting peripherals such as a mouse or keyboard. Compared to previous solutions, the 3.0 standard enables data transfer speeds up to ten times faster.
