Description
The Akyga® AK-SC-E11 adapter is designed to convert a CCS1 connector to a CCS2 (Combined Charging System) connector. It can be used when you have an electric car with a CCS Combo 2 connector, and only a CCS Combo 1 connector is available at a DC fast charging station. In this situation, you will need an adapter. The device allows you to quickly and easily charge your car with direct current. Simply connect the converter to the charging cable with a CCS1 plug on one side, and to the CCS2 socket on the other side.
Support for DC and AC charging
The Akyga® AK-SC-E11 adapter stands out for its ability to handle both direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC), making it extremely versatile. For DC charging, the adapter supports a DC voltage of 1000 V and a maximum current of 250 A, allowing for fast charging of a vehicle with a power of 250 kW, even with high energy demands. For AC charging, the adapter operates at a voltage of 220 V and a maximum current of 32 A, providing flexibility when using AC chargers.
