Description

The Akyga® AK-EC-23 single-phase charger for electric cars is equipped with a special GB/T connector found in vehicles imported from China, which are not compatible with the European standard (Type 2). It allows you to safely and conveniently charge your car with alternating current (AC) without the need for adapters or modifications to the vehicle's electrical system.

Efficient charging of electric cars from any outlet

The AK-EC-23 GB/T charger provides 3.8 kW of power at 16 A, allowing for the fastest possible charging within the limits of a single-phase 230 V socket. What's more, the 5-meter cable ensures free connection even when the car is further away from the power source.

The other end of the GB/T charger has a CEE 7/7 plug. This connector allows you to charge the car from any 230 V mains socket - both with an earthing pin and with earthing in the side contacts. This is a practical home solution that allows you to charge your vehicle in your own garage or driveway - without having to use public charging stations. It's ideal for those who value independence and the convenience of charging their car themselves every day.

Adjustable charging current

The GBT charger also allows you to manually adjust the charging current between 8 A, 10 A, 13 A, and 16 A, allowing you to adapt the charging power to the specific electrical installation or situation.

Information via LCD display

The built-in LCD screen provides real-time data on the charging process - the device temperature, the current flowing through, charging time, voltage, energy consumption, and connection status. This gives the user full control over the charging process of their electric vehicle in real-time.

Safety features you can rely on

The built-in safety features play a key role in ensuring safe use. These include overvoltage, overcurrent, and thermal protection. The device automatically interrupts the charging process if any irregularities are detected, thus protecting both the charger and the vehicle.

Suitable for outdoor use

The AK-EC-23 charging connector complies with the GB/T standard and meets IP54 rating, which means it is resistant to dust and splashing water. This allows the charger to be safely used outdoors, e.g., in a car park, under a carport, or at home in the garage. The durable design is suitable for everyday use regardless of weather conditions.
