The Akyga® AKY1873 LIR3048 UltraCoin Li-Ion battery is a compact and efficient power source designed for small electronic devices. This modest LIR3048 coin cell battery offers a modern alternative to traditional coin cells, providing rechargeability and long life.
With a voltage of 3.7 V and a capacity of 280 mAh, the battery provides stable power to a range of everyday devices. Thanks to Li-Ion technology, the cell is efficient, lightweight and reusable, reducing the need for frequent battery replacement.
Lithium-ion technology – Efficient and durable batteries
Thanks to the lithium-ion technology used, the Akyga® Battery LIR3048 battery is characterized by high energy density and stable operating voltage. In practice, this means that a single Li-ion battery can have a longer life than traditional coin cell batteries.
This type of battery can withstand over 300 charging cycles, which significantly increases its lifespan compared to disposable cells. In practice, this means that a single Li-ion battery can replace many traditional coin cells, reducing operating costs and waste.
An additional advantage of lithium-ion technology is the wide operating temperature range. The battery can operate at temperatures from -20°C to up to 60°C, making it suitable for use in both home and portable devices.
Compact LIR3048 coin cell battery
The LIR3048 battery has standard dimensions of 30 mm in diameter and 4.8 mm in thickness. This makes it suitable for many devices that use coin cells.
Thanks to its compact design, the LIR3048 battery is used in a variety of electronic devices, such as:

Alternative to traditional coin cells
LIR3048 Li-ion rechargeable batteries are a rechargeable equivalent of many disposable lithium cells, such as the CR3032. Unlike traditional coin cells, which must be discarded after depletion, LIR3048 rechargeable batteries can be recharged hundreds of times. This makes it a more economical and environmentally friendly solution.
It is worth noting, however, that not all devices designed for CR3048 (3 V) batteries are compatible with a 3.7 V Li-Ion rechargeable battery, so it is necessary to check the technical specifications of the device before use.
