Description
The Tiandy TC-P3S028 is a 24-port PoE switch with 2 uplink ports and 2 SFP slots.
The PoE budget is 280 W, up to 30 W per port. A typical Tiandy IP camera draws 7 to 10 W, so all 24 ports can be loaded.
It powers devices to IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at, so most IP cameras need no separate power supply.
A DIP switch selects port isolation, where cameras only see the uplink and not each other, and extend mode, where power and data reach 220 m at 10 Mbps.
There is no management interface; it needs no configuration to start up.
