The security system of a modern warehouse or production hall is more than mounting cameras. An industrial environment needs a dedicated network architecture and hardware designed for 24/7 operation: high ceilings, forklift traffic, changing light conditions, large areas.

Criteria for professional industrial surveillance

In a corporate project the camera system's job is to support business continuity, to establish accountability (e.g. damaged goods, accidents) and to protect the perimeter. Its technical foundations:

1. Optical performance in extreme conditions

In large halls or outdoor loading areas, the image of conventional infrared (IR) cameras often burns out on reflective surfaces and becomes unusable at the far points.

The solution: The Tiandy IP cameras with Color Maker technology have f/1.0 aperture lenses and dedicated image sensors, so they deliver a noise-free colour image during the night shift even with minimal ambient light.

2. Bandwidth management and redundancy

The simultaneous streams of 16, 32 or more high-resolution IP cameras put a heavy load on the network. Poor-quality cabling causes voltage drop on the PoE (Power over Ethernet) network, which leads to cameras restarting or dropping frames.

The solution: Building a standard, structured copper network. Stable data transfer and industrial PoE power are ensured by professional UTP/FTP cabling systems together with managed switches.

3. Industrial-grade storage (Zero Frame Loss)

A security system is worth exactly as much as the recorded data. Hard drives (HDDs) made for desktop computers cannot handle the continuous, parallel write load generated by dozens of cameras.

The solution: The Tiandy NVR (network video recorder) units are fitted exclusively with WD Purple series drives, designed specifically for surveillance systems. With AllFrame technology they minimise frame loss and withstand 24/7 continuous write cycles.

You do not need to find a separate equipment supplier and installer. We provide the hardware and the installation expertise within a single, transparent framework.

1. Engineering survey and system design: We take into account the site conditions, blind spots and specific requirements (e.g. aisle monitoring in the warehouse, number plate reading at the gate).
2. Equipment allocation: We supply the hardware (Tiandy cameras, recorders, WD storage, network cables) from BYB's Budapest warehouse stock. This avoids supply chain interruptions, and we provide immediate manufacturer's warranty.
3. Installation and commissioning: Our expert partner Primetech Solutions carries out the standard cabling, mounting of the devices, configuration of secure remote access and training of the operating staff, with a full installation warranty.
