Becoming a reseller: requirements and first steps

You can apply as a reseller with an operating business that has a tax number, if you sell on. After you apply, we check your company details; once approved, you see your own net prices in the account.

Who can be a reseller

A registered, operating business in Hungary or the region, with a valid tax number, buying for resale. Private individuals and companies buying for their own use shop in the store at retail prices.

Four channels are typical: an online store that fills its range from our price list; a shop that orders for the shelf; an installer or service company that builds the cameras, recorders and cables into its work; a wholesaler that distributes further. You mark this on the application and we set the terms to match.

What you see in the partner account

After logging in you see your own net prices and stock, download the price list to Excel or CSV, track unfulfilled items in the Backlog, request quotes from the cart and start warranty claims from the account too. The features are presented on the partner page.

A connected ChatGPT or Claude searches at your partner prices, checks stock and prepares an order; it submits it with your approval. BYB confirms the submitted order; the assistant does not initiate payment.

The price list in your own online store

We do the integration, free of charge: we agree which data you take over and how you order from your own system. We connect to WooCommerce, Shoptet, Unas, ShopRenter and Shopify, and to ERP systems. The products go into your store at your own pricing.

Payment and delivery

Payment by prepayment, or deferred terms by individual agreement. Delivery by GLS or Foxpost; free in and around Budapest above a minimum order value, and with no minimum for Premium Partners. Warranty and returns

You start the claim from the partner account, and we arrange collection of the approved return. Accepted claims are resolved by replacement, or by credit if no replacement is available. Fair pricing

Reseller pricing is sustainable: persistently selling below cost in a way that damages the market (dumping) can lead to a review, and possibly the end, of partner status. We assess each application individually.

No. The reseller account is for an operating business with a tax number, buying for resale. Private individuals shop in the store at retail prices.

How long does the application review take?

Prepayment by bank transfer, or by individual agreement 7, 15, 30 or even 60 days.

From HUF 1 million net of purchases a month: better prices, agreed terms, free delivery in and around Budapest with no minimum.

In and around Budapest, yes, above HUF 50,000 net; for Premium Partners with no minimum, daily if needed. Elsewhere by GLS or Foxpost, with the fee shown at checkout.
